TECHNICAL ISSUE

  • All orders are processed Monday through Friday.

    Free delivery on all orders

    EU & UK: Delivery in 2-5 business days. 

    International: Delivery 3-7 business days.

  • All international orders (outside of the EU & UK & US) may be subject to sales tax, import duties, and customs charges at the receiver’s expense.  This rate is determined by the receiving country. Please contact your local customs for further information.

  • A pre-order is the reservation of an item that is not yet available for sale, but will be soon. An estimated delivery date is indicated for each pre-order item within the product page. We will send you a notification once the item is ready to be delivered.

  • Once your order has been shipped, we will send a shipping confirmation email to let you know. This will include a tracking link for your parcel.

  • We accept all major credit cards, Google Pay, and APPLE PAY

  • Your personal online security is important to us. We use the latest SSL encryption technology to store and safely transmit your personal and credit card information through our systems. For further details, please see the Privacy Policy section.

  • All returns must be submitted within 14 days of the date of delivery by email at contact@audepart.com.

    Returns label will be provided by email. Au Départ will refund the purchase price of merchandise that is returned in its original condition, with the original packaging and label included.

    Customised products cannot be returned.

    Refunds will be issued in the same form as was utilised for payment.

  • An email notification will be sent to you once we have issued your refund. Please allow 10-14 business days for this to appear on your bank statement.

  • We are sorry, but once an order has been confirmed, it is processed automatically and cannot be cancelled. The package can be returned as indicated in our Return Policy.

  • You can cancel a pre-order by filling the form in "Contact Us" page or email us at contact@audepart.com. However, when the pre-ordered item is ready to be delivered, it is not possible to cancel the pre-order anymore.

  • All of our collections are made in Italy.

  • Our trunks are fully handmade and completely customizable upon your needs. 

    Please send your inquiry to contact@audepart.com to speak with our design team and discover how we can meet your demands and create your bespoke trunk.

  • Currently we do not have a permanent store, but we occasionally plan to open some temporary shops. Subscribe to our mailing list and our Instagram account to always be updated about our new openings.
